When I place my phone in landscape orientation, it shows me an analog clock face and weather report.
My question, is how do I get from that screen back to my Home Screen?
Is it possible without picking up the phone?

As far as placing your phone in landscape mode, my latest response was to another poster, asher271. Now, your latest post gives me more information to work with. You cannot get back to the home screen from Standby Mode because the home screen on the phone cannot be displayed in landscape mode. You have to put the device back into portrait mode to view the lock screen, then you can unlock the device to the home screen. Sorry I did not completely understand what your issue was with my initial responses.

This is to clarify- by "place my phone in landscape mode," I mean set my phone on its side on a MagSafe charging stand.
Basically, when I set my phone on its side, it displays the analog clock. It seems I can't get to the Home Screen or apps without adjusting my phone so it is back in portrait orientation.

The iPhone will not rotate to landscape mode from the home screen. You need to be in a particular app that supports landscape mode.
