Kid friendly options

I recently bought a new iwatch and was thinking it would be great to change my old iwatch and turn it into a watch my child could learn time but I wish there was a kid profile option I could link the watch or even tablets.

Amazon has kids tablets and I’ve seen on Amazon a company that has a toddler watch and phone so the parent didn’t have to worry about the child buying things they shouldn’t but I like how the iwatch display looks.

It would be amazing to be able to link the child account to the parent account and then it would also be able to be tracked with find my iwatch.
