Apple Mail App - how to see exactly which email address a message was delivered to?
I want to see the email address that I received an email at not just my name - I know my name. When I long tap on my name it opens my contact card. This is the case for every contact method on my card.
Is there a way to accomplish this?
I don’t want to hunt around to find which email account it’s in. I just want to see it instantly. Especially in the case of spam. In the case of malicious email, phishing, I want to know immediately.
The same is the case in apple Messages.app. If a user has assigned multiple contact methods to their Me contact card it's very difficult to know which of those was used as the "send to address" for the message in question. Is there a quick way to see this or do I have to make a "suggestion" to Apple. It's nice and simple the way it is, but there should also be a way to get the details quickly when required.
Honestly a bit surprised there is no separate community forum for Mail.app... for me an email client is a major part of my daily computer usage. Is this a sign that Apple is phasing out email... is it going the way of the Fax machine?
