Activating Old iTunes Gift Cards

Hi, Going through the back drawer of my desk and I found 3 iTunes gift cards with the codes GCAxxxxx. I've attempted to try to add them to my account, b ut the system will not take them. I know they are unused, as I had to scratch off the code cover for each one. They all have a face value of $15 each. What do I do?

Windows, Windows 10

You might need to provide:

  • An image of the full front and back of your card.
  • A sales receipt showing when your card was purchased.
  • The serial number from your card.

Well this issue has been resolved and my $45 credit added to my account. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to add each card, once I started chatting with a customer service rep the MOJO seemed to be reset. Upon entering all data the 3rd time, each was successfully added to my account. Don't know what it was, but it worked!
