AddressBookSourceSync using A LOT of CPU (98% and more) / Memory (1,85 GB)

I just updated my MAC book Pro with M1 processor to Sonoma 14.1

I have just had MAJOR problems with Word - using 43 GB om memory - and crashing.

I hope that is now fixed with this update...

But I still have the problem mentioned in the title.

Also - I myself recently went into the addressbook sync settings for I could see that my iPhone and MACbook addressbooks were not syncing - now they are - but using that much memory to do it - seems so very wrong.

Apple - please fix this :-)
