I was trying to add my transit card but there was no such option.
I checked that I have fulfilled the requirements. I added a new payment card but still, there’s only an option for adding the debit/credit card. What can I do?

That might be the transit card feature is not supported according to the region setting of your device.
You may change the region to where supports transit cards (like China mainland, Japan, US or Hong Kong) and try again to add a transit card. Refer Change the language and region on iPhone - Apple Support.
