Iphone got disconnected from WIFI during Idle Mode

No. It doesn’t remain connected. it disconnects, then has a problem when re-establishing the connection because of the captive portal.

Captive portals are typically used for guest or ‘visitor’ networks. They are not well suited to a work or home environment.

Contact your IT department and let them know you’re having problems with it.

That is how it works for iphone, if you want to stay connected to wifi when the phone goes to sleep is to plug your phone to a power source.

An iphone is not an Android. The WiFi radio in an iPhone is powered down when it is in standby and not connected to an external power source to conserve battery power.

then use cellular data that what it's for as stated by KiltedTim. And an iphone isn't an Android, if you feel that function is important to you then go back to an Android.

That’s what cellular data is for. Do you not have a cellular data plan?
