How can I change my iPhone XS battery?

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity

Apple Service will replace the battery if the Max Capacity is 80% or less. Cost is $89 (US).

Yes indeed but the iPhone XS is getting old and it's more demanding if you manage to update you know you can also fix it yourself for minor problems and save money. $89 dollars to change the battery for an iPhone XS ? I mean that's not worth it

An iPhone XS is becoming old this is logical $89 dollars saved plus the sale of the iphone XS you might get an iPhone 12 even a 13. It's also true the Author is talking about performance and he thinks it can be the battery getting old. But it could even be the iPhone itself and not the battery itself. So the costs might be over $89
