Those sold in the US are eSIM only. They do NOT have physical SIM card slots.

Those sold in China accept 2 physical SIM cards. They do not contain an eSIM.

All others accept one physical SIM and have one built in eSIM.

No iPhone 15 models sold in the U.S. have a physical SIM slot. Models sold outside the U.S. have a physical SIM slot.
