Fitness Competition Number problems

I am competing in a competition; my phone says I have 1652 points and my competitor has 1739 if you look on her phone, she has 1809 points and I have 1652 points my points aren't moving but hers keep moving. The watch is completely different numbers also. we compared all 4 devices her watch and phone read the exact numbers my watch and phone read completely different numbers. i have logged out of apple ID and re logged in and its the same situation. I have unpaired and re paired my watch and still the same i have soft reset both my phone and watch and still the same. I have the new IPHONE 15 pro and the new watch series 9 both are completely updated.
