Exchange2019 acct not adding to iPhone 15ProMax

close out of settings and mail app completely and then do this Force restart iPhone - Apple Support then go back in and try to add it.

I am having the same problem. I successfully added the exchange account to an older iPad but it won’t add to my iPhone. Everytime I select Microsoft Exchange, I can enter my email address, then I select “confirgure manually” and the screen glitches back to asking me to choose the type of account, i.e., Microsoft exchange. On the ipad, it went to the next screen and prompted my password. On the iPhone, it flips back. How do I resolve this??
