My Notes stopped syncing between my iPhone 14 and MacBook Pro and I can't figure out how to re-sync them. Any help is appreciated.

Where might your notes be housed?

If you keep your notes in iCloud, they will immediately update on all your Apple devices.

Thank you for your response. They use to sync even without being in the Cloud. But, I will go ahead and put all of them in the Cloud now.
