You can set up repeating reminders, but the old-fashioned method of using pill organizers with compartments for each dose on each day is probably easier→https://www.walgreens.com/search/results.jsp?Ntt=pill%20organizer. If a compartment is empty, you have taken that dose.

You can then set repeating alarms on your phone or watch for each time you need to take medications.
