How to regain access to a old Apple ID

How can I log into my old Apple ID and password because my previous IPhone XR was stolen can you please help me regain my old account

I lost my old iPhone 8 Plus and don’t have access to number I had an iPhone 8 Plus and no longer have it or the number and don’t remember the Apple ID password anymore now I’ve had to go to my other iPhone 8 Plus I want to put all my other data n accounts on the new iPhone how to recover or reset Apple ID password from old account so I can setup my new iPhone with that account

What exactly is the problem? Simply sign in using your ID and password for that account. If you are having problems doing that then please tell us what happens when you try and we can provide specific things to try (right now—as you can see—we are guessing).
