screenshots app not opened and not working properly in macOS sonoma 14.1

Hi ,

I've problem with the screenshots app it's not opened and the all the shortcuts with "Copy to the clipboard" not working , only the save to "area as a file" .

Restore to defaults in the shortcut setting not helping , also replacing to another keys not helping

how it can be solve?
