Right airpod EAR HURT WITH LOUD POP, and not working

Hello, I just heard a Loud POP noise in my right airpod while having it in my ear. It hurt A LOT. Ive been using my airpods for now 8 months. I use them, to be honest not a lot. But this time when i did it hurt so bad my ear. (these are AirpodsGEN2)

My right one is now not working. I tried every support on apple, video and tips. None work. My ear hurts too much while writing this. I dont know what to do anymore. I restarted the case, and let them charge. but nothing. It appears on the case, but when i take the right one out it disapears from the pop up on my iphone. I cleaned all dust, debris i could. Nothing. It happened all so suddenly. I dont even have a official apple store in my country, therefor no apple support. These airpods are the authentics though. But i cant get any repairs. I tried updating my phone to the latest IOS, resetting network settings, disconnection and forgetting airpods, and even disconnecting to bluetooth. I'm pretty mad and confused as to what happened especially for the LOUD POP !. This is my second pair of airpods and im tired of having to buy new ones as it cost me already too much in a span of a year.... they dont even last. and no sound comes off my right aipod. Phone only connects and recognizes the left one. and mailing it for apple repairs will cost me even more in my country.

So...can i please have some advice, serious direct help about this ?
