Using Macbook Air M1 with on battery or plugged in?

I have been using Macbook Air M1 for 1 year and my battery cycle is 120 and my battery capacity is %99. I have been using my macbook between %40-%90 percent and i don't use it while plugged in. I always use it with on battery. I read a lot of things and everyone suggest "Use your macbook while plugged in". My questions are, using macbook with on battery is harmful? Are my cycle and my battery capacity good? Should i use it plugged in all the time or can i use it with just battery power? Isn't harmful using plugged in all the time with %100 percent?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.1

You can use it on the charger for 100% of the time this is not harmful for you battery. Make sure to turn optimized charging on to prevent overcharging of your battery.
How about using with on battery? Cuz for my comfortable i prefer to use with on battery. Which one is better ?
There is no "better". You can leave the computer plugged in or not. Do whatever is convenient for you. Neither the battery nor the computer will be damaged by leaving it plugged in. The battery will not "overcharge". The MacOS manages the power/charging system very well. There is no need for you to micro manage the system.

Thank you so much.
