iPhone 15 Plus heating up

Hey Team,

i am herby to inform that I have purchased on 23 October there is no heating issue in anything but 1-while I on hotspot and use mobile in winter but still my phone heat for no reason

2- on other hand my phone heats too much when I play BGMI only 15 minutes for 60 FPS the phone heats like it I can cook the lunch in winter

3- please give update for no heating issue for 15 plus or help me this is new phone I do not expect that it will heat like that and very disappointed Apple You disappointed us this time 😢

Is it updated to IOS 17 or IOS 17.1? Did you check your apps do not need to be updated? You might also want to revise your settings like turn off Background app refresh in Settings>General, toggle off Always on Display in Settings>Display and Brightness...and hard restart the iPhone

If your phone heats so much that you can't hold it or it gives a message that it is shutting down, contact Apple and arrange to have it serviced:

Madam, I'm not sure I understand. Yes, your phone will get warmer while playing a processor-intensive game or using the hotspot. That's normal.

If the phone gets so hot that you can't hold it, contact Apple as I suggested above.
