I can't download my Ticket through Paciolan on my iPhone
I cannot open my Duke game tickets on Paciolan. It keeps saying use your mobile device but I am using my iPhone

I had the same issue where it worked on one phone but not the other. I was able to determine the issue. You need to disable the Safari setting for “Request Desktop Website”.
