You need to contact your cellular carrier. Many, if not most carriers are now requiring devices capable of Voice Over LTE for service on their networks. That means an iPhone 6 or newer.

The iPhone 5s is obsolete and no longer compatible with many cellular networks.

When "No Service" appears, the first thing that you need to do is get in touch with your carrier.

Was this included in your "many tries"?

You need to contact your carrier, no one here can help. Either use a friend's phone to call them or drive to one of their store locations.

You need to borrow another phone from a friend so you can call your carrier. Nothing is going to happen until you are able to speak to your carrier and follow their instructions to get your service going again.
