notification center, siri, widgets are not working

hi all, I found out I could not access the notification center, Siri, and widgets. I used etrecheck pro to run a report.

Could anyone help me to check what's going on on my Mac

You have entirely too much installed and too little space available on your drive. You also have SIP disabled and CleanMyMac installed. Make some space on your drive, uninstall CleanMyMac and re-enable SIP, just for a start.
