Is it still possible to control Apple with Apple Watch

MacOS Ventura 13.5.2 - Apple Music 1.3.6.14 - WatchOs 10.1

I am trying without success to use my Apple Watch to control Apple Music on my Mac, as I can do when playing songs from my iPhone (control volume, play, pause...).

I know it was possible, I read a couple of article on the net, but option seems to have disappear on latest version. I can control my Mac with my iPhone by using the Remote app (I set it up few versions ago), and I tried to do the same with my Apple Watch. The remote app gives me 4 digits to enter somewhere on the Mac, but "devices" are not anymore in Apple Music as it was in Itunes (it is now on the finder, but the watch does not appear), and the only remote option I can find on the Apple Music app is about "removing all remote" but nothing is there to add a new one. Articles on the net also speaks about a remote button on the top left but I do not find any, (probably speaking about Itunes).

Is it still possible to control Apple Music on a Mac with an Apple Watch or did I miss something. Please note that my watch is recognized by the Mac as it is enabling to unlock it with success.

Thank you for the support.
