I have a warning poem up that states "onlinetoolsearchdaemon" will damage your computer the file was downloaded on an unknown date however its only giving me the option of ok and showing finder. when I click show in finder nothing shows up.

even when I click okay it continues to pop up. I have my computer on lockdown but I'm not sure how to get rid of this. I only got this pop-up after I updated my computer to Sonoma 14.1

Third party AntiVirus is not recommended— it typically does nothing but add issues to the macOS and competes directly with Apple’s own built in security:

if no insight try running this trusted utility https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/
