Is it possible to repair the microphone on my iPad Pro (12.9” 2nd generation)?
No sound available in any all (zoom,camera,voice recorder)

You would need to use the Support link, in the upper right hand corner of the main, black Apple Website menu bar.
Be advised, Apple Stores DO NOT actually repair iPads, but only offer in/out of warranty iPad replacement.
Your 2017 iPad is 6 years old.
Apple may no longer have iPads this old to use as a device replacement for an actual repair.
Also, assumimg Apple has replacement iPads this old, your iPad Pro is long out of AppleCare+ warranty, and device replacement, for this microphone issue, may cost you, at least 50% of this iPad's original price.
Since, your iPad is 6 years old, and may only receive iPadOS 17 as its last full supported OS version, it maybe time to consider a new or newer ( refurbished or used ) iPad model.
