The iPhone 6 can only be updated as far as iOS 12.5.7. No more updates after that.

iOS 14 is no longer available, but even if it was, the iPhone 6 could not install it.

You will need an iPhone 7 to update to iOS 15.

You will need an iPhone 8 if you want to update to iOS 16.

Unfortunately, that is not possible.

The iPhone 6 can be updated to iOS 12.5.7.
