I have forgotten my passcode on my new iphone. I have tried everything I know and now it says IPhone unavailable. I was instructed to get on Itunes to restore my phone to factory default. I am on Itunes and can get the phone to the restore phase but I am instructed to find the phone in the Finder on Itunes but I cannot find it. I am using Windows laptop and wondered if that could be the problem.
