Apple wallet error message

My iphone when I press add card

My girlfriends iPhone

All the answers I see deal with a card that can't be added. This doesn't even give the opportunity to be added. Is there a setting that needs to be turned on or off.

Cannot add card to Apple Wallet on iPhone 18 iOS Ongoing months, still can’t add card to Apple wallet, any at this point. I tried all steps in resetting network, deleting the wallet app, updating phone, ran a diagnostics on my phone through Apple support, talked to the banks multiple times, cleared tokens. Nothing has worked. I was able to add cards before I updated my iPhone to the 18 ios now i can’t add any cards. Is anybody having the same problem? I also tried adding my card in my wallet through setting and I still get the message “ can’t add card try later” [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Wallet app not allowing me to add cards or ID How can I fix this glitch. My wallet app won’t allow me to add cards directly and I have the latest version. 15.6.1 iPhone 12 pro
