deleting adobe cache files from library?

A few months ago I reinstalled macOS and moved nearly all my personal files to an external disk. Today I checked my storage and it says I've used 885GB out of 1TB.

611.27GB of this is "system data". I spent a while searching around and drilling into hidden folders and found the Caches folder in the library, taking up 590+ GB.

Out of that, the Adobe folder is taking up 589GB.

588GB of this is after effects!

So my question is, can I delete any of these files or is this going to bork the computer? If I was to uninstall and reinstall After Effects would anything change? Or is this a better question for the Adobe forums? (I'm running version 24.0.1 and wonder if these folders relate to previous versions)
