Verifying Student Eligibility says I'm already an Apple Music Member

I'm trying to reverify my student eligibility for Apple Music through Unidays, and it isn't working. I either receive a notification that I'm already an Apple Music member, or the application freezes and is unresolvable, whether it be the phone or computer app
