Unable to completely delete all data from an app on iPhone 11.

I did what the sources said and app still has data in iCloud storage. I want to delete the app and its contents/stored data and then reinstall app to help the app function better.

I tried all these: Delete from the home screen, tap and hold, tap x Delete from settings > iPhone storage > delete app Turned off and deleted iCloud backup Turned off iCloud drive Hard reset the phone after deleting the app Nothing seems to work. The second I reinstall the app, all data comes back, it does not even ask me to log in again. To test I delete Instagram and Facebook using the methods above, and they behave the same. As soon as I reinstall all data is still there.

App data I want to delete apps off of my iPhone that use a lot of storage. All it lets me do is remove the app icon from my phone. The huge amount of data is still using precious space on my iPhone. I’m trying to delete the app & all of its contents from my iPhone.
