My Apple ID's asks for a phone number I don't have access anymore
i cant reset my other apple id's password it askes for phone number which i have no access to anymore

If you have a new phone number:
Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details -> https://appleid.apple.com
- (Sidebar) Click Personal Information -> Reachable at -> then edit / update your trusted phone number.
