Blu-Ray Player for MAC MINI

Hi. Can anyone recommend a Blu-Ray player APP for my Mac mini. I have the official Apple disc drive plugged into a USB. When I load a blu-ray into the drive, it will sometimes launch QuickTime Player or whatever, but many times, it won't. On my old iMac, I used this very Apple Disc player/drive and I'd load a Blu-Ray or DVD, even ones from different regions (UK, Japan, etc.) and they'd load and play. On this new Mac mini, it doesn't load many discs and asks me which APP to use

Can anyone recommend one? Especially one that is region-free? I will pay for the app, not looking for free. Thanks!
