That device was originally sold in China. it does not have an eSIM at all. Chinese market devices accept 2 physical Nano-SIM cards. They do not have eSIM as devices sold in other parts of the world do.

What is the model number displayed in Settings>General>About>Model Number?
If you can't find the EID in Settings -> General- > About, you should contact Apple Support about that.
If you want to use the eSIM, your carrier has to support this option and include it in your plan.

The SIM tray holds 2 SIMS, back to back. Look at it carefully.
add esim option doesn’t exist in my iphone 14 so there is a no EID for esim 😥
