check if credid card has been visible on another device

My credit card details were phished by third parties. My bank claims that they were added to the Apple pay and transactions by third parties were authorized properly. I have a question - would there be such a possibility that I would give you my card number or phone number and you will check whether on 22.07.2023 actually this card appeared on another device. It is important for me to get this information - at what time it happened.
