Permission to Itunes denied

Hi

I have an older computer Mac with Mavericks OSX 10.9.5 installed. I have Itunes 12.6.2 installed. But recently I cant get permission to Itunes to backup my iphone SE (Ios 16.6.1).

My iphone starts up Iphoto on my PC but I cant get in touch with this programme either. Even when I submit the permission it is asking for. When I close Iphoto and return to Itunes and give permission here I get this massage:

iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. You do not have permission.
