I am looking for the Apple Reseller ID of bol.com (Netherlands) which I need to register my devices in Apple Business Manager. I asked bol.com in a customer chat but they don't seem to understand?

I don’t think that Bol.com itself is an Apple Authorized Reseller. Look for the line “Verkoop door” (Sold by) on the product page for each item that you purchased through them.
Ok, I stand corrected, I must have missed that memo. If Bol.com Support can’t help you, then try the Apple Support staff. Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support (NL): 0800-0201581.
I did contact Apple Support in the meantime. Their advice is to register the devices using Apple Configurator on an iPhone (prefered) of Macbook. Instruction were sent to me so I hope this will solve the issue.

Bol.com is an Apple Authorized reseller as of july 2023.
On the product age of the iPad Pro I bought, it says "Verkoper: bol.com"
When I ask support employee about the Apple Reseller ID of bol.com, they don't know what I mean
