Still no bedtime mode in iPad?

I was told that bedtime mode was removed because it was relocated to the health app which was not available in iPad. Now the health app is available in iPad but still no bedtime mode. Will the bedtime mode be back in iPad?

Bedtime, as previously accessed from the iPad Clock App, is no longer an element of iPadOS.
