I deleted my Notes to preserve iCloud storage; can they be restored?
My iCloud was full and was trying to delete stuff now none of my notes are there. I need them

If they’re still in your Recently Deleted folder:
If you're missing notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you removed them from there, they’re gone forever.
