Remove Mspy from my iphone

I suspect that my husband has figured out my iCloud password and installed mspy in my phone. He knows every step I go and everyone I text in my iPhone, instagram, WhatsApp etc. He told to a friend who’s told the wife and she told me. I’m upset and wonder how I can remove it from my phone.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

You will need to secure your account and restore ios to your phone, then set it up as a new device if he has jailbroken the device and installed spyware.

In order to remove mspy from your iphone, is that you have to delete any icloud linked to that number on apple.com. You have to deactivate it completely, so the iphone will not have any icloud associated with your phone number. Then mspy has no access to your phone. HOwever if you just change your phone number or remove the device the iphone still keeps your icloud stored in it somehow and mspy will be able to access it. You will have to completely deactiveate any icloud accounts you put in that phone. MSPY remembers everything and refreshes itself.
