DHL text scam

I fell for a text that had a tracking # and link to DHL. I stupidly engaged because it appeared the package was delivered but to a different city. I engaged in a chat and provided my name, address, and phone #. They also wanted my email address which I refused. Now I know it was a scam. Should I be worried?

Receive a lot of scam texts, this one is particularly freaky. Was there some kind of data leak at Apple? The scammers know I recently purchased an Apple product online and had it sent to my postal code, they also know my full name. Also, how do I report/block scam texts? I get them a lot and I block the phone number but they just send them from different numbers.

Phishing text messages and previewing it. So today I got a message saying Postal service and I need to readd my address so they can deliver. I was cautious at first since the other day I ordered clothes and paid for express delivery. So I was wondering if it was them. But, at the same time, the company had a different number. So I previewed the link (Holding the link), but I didn't press it. Would I be vulnerable to hacking or any viruses?
