cancel auto crop to subject for wallpaper

I have a picture with the size suitable for my screen(cropped using “wallpaper option)

But when I set it as the wallpaper, it is enlarged.

The reason is auto enabled “crop to subject”. Because I can solve the problem by using shortcuts that I can choose to close the “crop to subject “

After all it not that convenient, can I have the options in settings to cancel the automatically crop to subject for wallpapers?
