I got the return box but no shipping label

This is correct -- but I never would have seen it! There were no instructions or info inside the box. The official support person on the "chat" system had no idea about where the return label was hiding and just sent another return box, wasting time and money.

Also there is nothing to tell you that the return box is FedEx pre-paid and that you have to find a FedEx drop box somewhere --- not everyone will know that.
