Can’t find iCloud password

You will not be able to fine your iCloud Password. That would be a security risk if someone had your phone and could find your Apple ID password in plain text.

You can change it:

Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

Or if you do not know it, you can only reset it:

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

It's the same as your Apple ID Password. Forget that?
