My Face ID won’t work

If your Face ID is disabled this is most likely a hardware issue. Please update your iPhone to the latest avaliable software version, and if that is not working, please Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service for your device.

If you have already tried to reset the Face ID and hard reset the iPhone, and the problem is still there the best option is to call the Apple Support to test the iPhone, it could be a camera problem
