phone 12 three or four times a day. I don’t watch films or download video games. I have always had Apple. This phone is very poor. I have had it about 12 months. Seriously thinking about Samsung next time. Shame as I always loved Apple.

You should contact Vodafone for a complaint and a replacement, is it still covered by a warranty?

If you bought it over a year ago, it's no longer brand new. Unless you added AppleCare+ it's also no longer under warranty. You would be responsible for any repairs.

I bought it as new on contract with vodaphone. Thinking of changing it for an upgrade.
