I am trying to purchase an iphone for international use, would i be able to finance through apple card or loan?

Most iPhones will work around the world. It is recommended that you purchase a phone in the country where you live. The iPhone’s warranty will only be valid in the country of purchase. If you’re trying to buy a phone from the US Apple Store, I believe you’ll need a US credit card and billing address.

If this person does not live in the US, buying a US phone is not a good idea.

You should be able to finance the phone if you have a US billing address and possibly other information to prove residency.
