Create an app on the App Store?

I have a printing service for ceramic cups - printer mugs in ly sứ . I hire a service to make an app to design images before printing on ceramic mugs.

I have this app this my computer.

But I don't know how to put it on the App Store? Where is the registration place?

You’ll want to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual or (probably preferably here) as an organization, and then upload the app to TestFlight to start to test it, then (once the app testing is completed) upload the app to the App Store using App Store Connect for review and eventual distribution.

There is a lot of reading ahead, if you don’t retain a developer to tear, manage, submit, and update this app for you.
