My phone is missing. I need urgent help

My phone is missing and I do not have a backup copy of photos and videos. Can I contact Apple to send me a copy of all photos and videos from the Photos application? I need these files.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

Apple does not keep a copy of the data on your iPhone because they do not have access to your phone. It is up to you to make backups of the important data on the phone.

I saw your previous response, but this information does not recover anything. No one can help me, except Apple, the only company capable of this

There is NOTHING to recover. Apple can't help you. Apple doesn't have your data. The data resides ONLY on the phone.

If you leave your wallet in your car, and your car gets stolen, the manufacturer of your car can NOT give you your wallet back. They don't have it.

Same thing here.

For reference...

Retrieving Deleted Photos and Videos:

Loss of data is something you would have agreed to upon opening an Apple Account. So, if the following does not work, then they are gone. That's just the way it is :(

I. Re-Enable Photos and Contacts in iCloud:

On the iPhones, enable Contacts in iCloud.

On the iPhone:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
  3. Tap: iCloud
  4. Tap: Photos (so that it is grey)
  5. Tap: Photos (so that it is green)

Troubleshooting Deleted Photos:

Five Tactics to Try:

A. Start here: If you're Missing Photos or Videos in the Photos app - Apple Support

B. Check Recently Deleted:

For iOS16 and later, you can check the Recently Deleted option on your iPhone.

C. Check iCloud, Directly:

For Photos: Go here, and see if they reside in iCloudhttps://www.icloud.com/photos

D. Restore your iPhone from a Backup:

Have any backups of this iPhone prior to this occurrence? If so, restore your iPhone from one that has these photos (the most recent backup, ideally). If not, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always back up your device for recovery purposes. Important: Back up you iPhone prior to performing this restoration, should anything go wrong from here on out.

E. Where Else to Check:

  1. PC
  2. PDA
  3. eMail
  4. Mac Device
  5. Cloud Storage
  6. Android Phone
  7. USB Flash Drive
  8. External Hard drive
  9. Secure Digital Card
  10. Compact Flash Card
