iPad Pro zoom options not showing

My iPad Pro doesn't have the same zoom options as my iPhone, both are on iOS 17.1, I'm restricted to a vertical zoom slider on the left of the screen and not the .5, 1x and 2 that shows on the iPhone, I also can't seem to get the aspect ration options to show in photo mode. Is there perhaps some setting that needs changing? Thanks
