MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) - my mac gives a electric shock when it is plugged in

Hello

Since I'm in Spain, and I plug in my MacBook Pro into the electrical socket through an adaptor because I have the Italian socket with 3 poles, my mac gives slight shocks, and since yesterday when I charge the mac it tells me that the battery is not charging, and remains with the socket symbol, so it remains switched on, but does not charge the battery.

I wanted to know if I changed the cable with a schuko outlet cable could this problem be solved?

Yes, we have 2 prongs, and a hole or spring (or both) to accomodate the protective earthing. In certain countries, the L is on the left. Mine in CEE 7/5.

You might be having one of these in Italy,

The earthing spring shown with the arrow would connect the earthing spring of the Apple extension cord plug. When the protective earthing connection is there, you won't get the tingling feeling.
